Community Integrity & Standards of Excellence

This Content Moderation Policy sets clear, uncompromising standards for all Content submitted, uploaded, or communicated on the AHMFI platform (ahmfi.com, its campuses, communities, live sessions, and AI tools). It forms an enforceable part of the AHMFI Terms of Use.

1. Introduction & Scope

1.1 Purpose: This Policy defines permissible and prohibited materials, moderation methodologies, strike mechanisms, and penalties across all AHMFI campuses, forums, and chat channels.

1.2 Scope: Applies globally to every uploader, educator, moderator, contractor, affiliate, and enrolled student.

1.3 Governing Compliance: In addition to governing jurisdiction law, AHMFI adheres to online safety frameworks including Pakistan's PECA (Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016), the UK Online Safety Act, and the EU Digital Services Act.

1.4 Changes: Material modifications receive at least 14 days advance notice unless emergency legal compliance dictates immediate enforcement.

2. Integrity, Copyright, and AI Disclosure

2.1 Original or Properly Licensed Content

All material must be your own original creation or held under valid written commercial license. You must not upload leaked, cracked, or pirated courses from other online academies. Violators indemnify AHMFI against all third-party legal claims.

2.2 No Reliance on "Fair Use"

You may not assume that fair use protects unauthorized reproduction of third-party IP on the Platform. When in doubt, obtain written permission or refrain from posting.

2.3 AI Disclosure & Deepfakes Ban

Content created or substantially assisted by generative AI (scripts, cloned audio, synthesized videos) must carry clear disclosure at the beginning. Deepfakes portraying real individuals without prior written consent are strictly forbidden. Impersonating AHMFI faculty, staff, or public figures will result in immediate permanent expulsion.

2.4 Strikes System

Violations trigger formal Strikes resulting in warnings, temporary mute periods, course revocation, and permanent termination with affiliate commission forfeiture.

Zero Tolerance Prohibitions

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited across all community channels, forums, calls, and message feeds:

3.1 Zero Tolerance: Minors exploitation, child abuse material, pornography, terrorism, violent extremism, weapons/narcotics distribution, and cyber intrusion tools are immediately removed and reported to national and international law enforcement.

3.2 Hate, Harassment & Abuse

Bullying, stalking, ethnic or religious vilification, and sectarian incitement are forbidden.

3.3 Privacy & Doxxing

Publishing contact details, CNIC/ID numbers, home addresses, payment receipts, or private chat screenshots of fellow members without written consent is strictly prohibited.

3.4 Financial, Trading & Crypto Rules (Critical)

No Ponzi schemes, MLM pitches, or "guaranteed daily profits" claims.
No coin pumping, shilling tokens, or promoting private crypto "VIP signal groups".
No soliciting students to send capital or manage their exchange accounts.
No fake or manipulated profit screenshots, altered bank balances, or fabricated earnings proof.

3.5 Unauthorized Professional Advice

Do not present general discussions as personalized legal, psychiatric, or investment advice. Health discussions must never advise students to abandon physician instructions.

3.6 Security & Platform Protection

Spamming, distributing malware, sharing login credentials, or attempting to scrape curriculum videos results in immediate permanent ban.

4. Commercial Transparency & Advertising

Any sponsored content, affiliate link, or paid partnership must clearly display #AD or #Sponsored at the very start of the post or video. Members may not pitch outside coaching packages, signals, or software to other students without prior written authorization from AHMFI.

5. Child Safety & 18+ Classification

AHMFI is an educational ecosystem designed solely for legal adults (18+). Uploaders must tag any adult-oriented discussions accurately. We maintain zero tolerance for child exploitation and immediately involve relevant statutory authorities.

6. Moderation, Enforcement & Appeals

6.1 Multilayered Review: Content is reviewed proactively by automated security filters and reactively by our human moderation staff upon member reporting.

6.2 Action Spectrum: Actions include silent content removal, strike issuance, 7-day or 30-day community mute, permanent account termination, and affiliate commission forfeiture.

6.3 Appeals Process: If you believe content was removed mistakenly, email support@ahmfi.com within 14 days providing justification. Human review will re-evaluate the case.

7. General Legal Terms

AHMFI functions as an intermediary platform for user-generated educational discourse. To the extent permitted by law, AHMFI disclaims liability for member submissions while upholding vigorous removal mechanisms upon notice.
