Binding Legal Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AHMFI LLC ("AHMFI," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of the AHMFI website at ahmfi.com, your account, your membership, our campuses and educational content, our community features, our AI-assisted tools, and our affiliate program (together, the "Platform" or "Services").
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, joining the affiliate program, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. About AHMFI
AHMFI is an educational and digital business platform. It provides educational materials, training resources, frameworks, software-assisted tools, and community access. Content is organized into "campuses," which currently cover:
Campuses, courses, features, names, and content may be added, changed, or removed at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular campus, product, or feature will remain available.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account, purchase a membership, or join the affiliate program. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for making sure your use of the Platform is lawful where you live. The Platform is not offered in any country or to any person subject to sanctions administered by OFAC or other applicable international authorities.
3. Your Account
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials strictly confidential.
- Notify us promptly at support@ahmfi.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Accept full responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.
Accounts are personal to the registered member. You may not share, sell, transfer, rent, or sublicense your account or login, or allow anyone else to use it. You may not impersonate anyone or create an account with false information.
We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe has been shared, transferred, or used in breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
4. Membership & Access
We offer free and paid access levels. Some campuses, materials, tools, and community areas are available only to paid members or to members who meet specific access requirements. Access may be controlled through membership tiers, roles, or badges.
Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the Platform for your own educational use. You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access restriction, or copy or redistribute members-only materials.
5. Fees & Payment
5.1 Pricing. Fees, billing periods, currencies, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout or in the membership portal. Fees may change; changes apply to the next billing period and we will give notice before they take effect.
5.2 Monthly / Lifetime access. Paid access is provided per billing period. Access lasts for the period you have paid for. Manual payments do not renew automatically; you must maintain active standing to retain platform privileges.
5.3 Manual and local payment methods (Meezan Bank, EasyPaisa, JazzCash):
- You must send the exact amount due in the stated currency (currently PKR) to the account details shown by AHMFI, and only to those official details. We are not responsible for money sent to any other account.
- You pay all bank, wallet, and transfer fees. The net amount we receive must equal the amount due.
- You must submit proof of payment (such as a receipt screenshot and transaction reference) through the channel we specify. Access stays pending until payment is verified.
- We aim to verify payments promptly within 24 hours, but manual verification may take longer during high volume periods.
- If a payment is incomplete, unmatched, duplicated, or unverifiable, we may delay or deny access, ask for more evidence, or return the funds at our discretion, less any third-party fees.
- Anti-Fraud Warning: Submitting false, altered, or misleading payment proof is fraud. We may reject or reverse access, terminate your account, withhold any affiliate commissions, and report the matter to the relevant legal authorities.
5.4 Card and automated payments. When checking out via international card processing or Whop, your chosen payment method will be charged in accordance with the terms displayed at checkout.
5.5 Failed or late payment. If a payment is not received or cannot be verified, we may suspend or end your access until the amount is cleared.
5.6 Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, unless we state that they are included.
6. Cancellation
You may stop your membership at any time by contacting support@ahmfi.com or using your student membership portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and prevents further charges. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a recurring subscription.
7. Refunds Policy
Our products are digital content, proprietary frameworks, and educational memberships that are unlocked immediately upon verification. Except where required by law or expressly stated by AHMFI, all payments are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.
By requesting immediate access, you ask us to begin providing the digital content straight away. Where consumer law grants a right to withdraw from a digital purchase (for example in the UK or EU), you acknowledge that this right is waived once digital access begins, and you consent to that waiver.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute that you know to be false, or trying to retain access after a payment reversal, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination and recovery of collection costs.
8. Educational Purpose; No Guarantee of Results
AHMFI content is for education and information only. It does not guarantee any financial, business, professional, academic, physical, or personal result.
Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, skills, experience, resources, market conditions, timing, and execution. Many people who consume educational content achieve little or no results.
Examples of revenue, profits, lifestyles, or outcomes, including student earnings testimonials and member success stories, are individual case studies. They are not typical, not guaranteed, and not a promise of what you will achieve. Unless we expressly state that a result has been independently audited, assume it has not been.
You are solely responsible for your own commercial decisions and actions.
9. Financial & Cryptocurrency Disclaimer
Content in the Business & Finance, Cryptocurrency Trading, and Cryptocurrency Investing campuses (and anywhere money, assets, or markets are discussed) is general education only.
- AHMFI is not a registered investment adviser, broker, dealer, exchange, bank, custodian, financial planner, or tax adviser, and is not regulated as one by any authority.
- Nothing on the Platform constitutes personalized investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset or cryptocurrency.
- AHMFI does not manage funds, hold or control crypto assets, operate trading accounts for members, or sell trading signals as a guarantee of profit.
- Cryptocurrency and digital asset markets are highly volatile and speculative. You can lose some or all of the money you allocate. Only risk capital you can afford to lose completely. Past performance never guarantees future returns.
- Always conduct independent research and consult a licensed financial advisor before making material financial decisions.
10. Business, Legal, and Tax Information
Business, marketing, agency client acquisition, e-commerce, company formation, tax, legal, and regulatory information on the Platform is educational only. Laws vary dramatically by jurisdiction and evolve over time. No attorney-client, accountant-client, or advisory relationship is created. You are solely responsible for verifying and complying with all legal regulations governing your business.
11. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
Content in the Fitness campus and any nutrition, sleep, supplementation, or lifestyle content represents general information, not medical advice. AHMFI is not a medical provider. Consult a qualified medical practitioner before undertaking physical training or dietary changes. You participate in physical exercises entirely at your own risk. Mindset and personal development content does not constitute psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment.
12. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools
AHMFI may provide AI tools, prompt architectures, workflows, and AI-assisted automation templates. AI output may be inaccurate, outdated, or hallucinated. You must verify critical output before relying on it commercially. You must not use AHMFI's AI tools for deceptive, fraudulent, or harassing conduct, nor use AHMFI curriculum materials to train competing machine learning models.
13. Intellectual Property
AHMFI and its licensors own all intellectual property on the Platform, including courses, videos, syllabus modules, audio tracks, written manuals, templates, frameworks, prompts, graphics, logos, campus taxonomies, and software interfaces. This content is protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.
You strictly may NOT:
- Record, screen-capture, redistribute, resell, publish, or publicly share Platform video or lesson material;
- Modify curriculum for redistribution or create derivative training products for commercial sale;
- Remove copyright notices, branding watermarks, or access controls;
- Use AHMFI assets to build or promote a competing educational service.
14. Your Content & Submissions
You retain ownership of comments, questions, messages, and feedback you submit. By submitting content, you grant AHMFI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform, including member testimonials in our marketing. You may request cessation of future testimonial usage by emailing support@ahmfi.com.
15. Community and Communication Rules
You agree to communicate respectfully and professionally. You must not harass, threat, post illegal or obscene materials, promote Ponzi schemes, spam fellow students with outside affiliate offers, distribute malicious code, or solicit members for outside trading groups. Violations result in immediate removal without refund.
16. Affiliate and Referral Program
Affiliates act as independent contractors, not agents or employees of AHMFI. Commissions are earned solely on verified, cleared member enrollments referred via your official tracking link. Self-referrals, clone websites, deceptive advertisements, and income guarantees are strictly forbidden and forfeit all accumulated commissions.
17. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with external payment gateways, banks, and AI service providers. These operate under their independent terms and policies, for which AHMFI assumes no liability.
18. Privacy & Electronic Communications
Your data is handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You consent to receive transactional and operational notices electronically via email or portal notifications.
19. Copyright Complaints
If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to support@ahmfi.com with comprehensive proof of ownership.
20. Prohibited Use & Security
You may not use the Platform for unlawful activity, money laundering, cyber intrusions, bot scraping, automated data harvesting, or reverse engineering of software protections. Vulnerability discoveries must be reported responsibly to our team.
21. Availability & Platform Changes
While we strive for continuous uptime, services are provided on a best-effort basis and may experience scheduled maintenance or infrastructure outages outside our control.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the Platform at your own risk.
23. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
AHMFI LLC and its officers, educators, and contractors are not liable for incidental, consequential, punitive, or trading/investment losses. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount paid by you to AHMFI in the preceding 12 months, or USD $100.
24. Governing Law, Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Informal Resolution First: You agree to send written notice of any dispute to support@ahmfi.com and negotiate in good faith for 30 days prior to initiating formal arbitration.
Binding Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute will be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration under standard commercial rules.
Class Action Waiver: You and AHMFI agree to bring claims solely in an individual capacity, and never as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
25. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breaches of these Terms, fraud, content piracy, or security abuse. Terminations for cause are not eligible for tuition refunds.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically. Notice of material updates will be posted at least 14 days in advance. Continued access after effective dates signifies acceptance.
27. General Provisions
Includes provisions on assignment, force majeure, severability, no waiver, and entire agreement as described herein.
